Natureline Solutions acquired the rights to a unique line of proven,
environmental products in the summer of 2002, with previous sales of $100
million. An experienced management team was formed, comprised of individuals
with successful backgrounds in operations, technology, marketing, sales, and
training. Corporate offices were established in Vancouver, British Columbia,
along with warehousing and shipping facilities in Canada and the U.S. to support
business operations throughout North America. Our initial objective was to create a turnkey, referral-based sales program that
would support a network of independent distributors across Canada and the United
States. Currently Natureline operates in the United Sates, Canada and
Australia while developing new operations in India, Nigeria and South
Asia.
A lucrative, multi-faceted compensation structure was designed to richly
reward both part-time and full-time distributors. A comprehensive training
program was developed to teach our distributors everything they would need to
know to be successful. A strategic marketing plan incorporating conference
calls, online tools and resources, presentations and events was established to
provide an end-to-end support system for our distributors. Through our

distributors will be able to actively participate in our overall growth and
